Great Western Railway Society: Didcot Railway Centre: 6 May 2013
It's a tough life being a railway modeller. Having failed to track down either a good photo or an actual example of a 1933 signal arm, there was no choice but to have to sacrifice a really nice sunny Bank Holiday, and go and photograph some actual examples! A quick e-mail to the GWRS got an equally quick response from Robert Heron of the GWRS S&T Department, and so with Robert's directions in hand, off we set!
The day was billed as a 'Diesel Day' - there were diesels, but the photos suggest not where they were advertised.
